AEMW Staff
Jerry Pasman

Jerry has been in the automotive industry for over 25 years. Starting his apprenticeship in 1978, he worked his way up to obtaining Master Technician status in 1983. After taking a 10 Year break from the trade he was the head salesman at Elmac Auto Electric. In 2002 Jerry’s dream of owning his own automotive shop came true when he along with wife Anita purchased Express Automotive Centre. Through the past 11 years the shop has been transformed from what was once a domestic quick lube and tire shop to what is now a well known and flourishing premium European Automotive repair shop. Through his daily interactions with both clients and employees Jerry stays very involved in the day to day activities at the shop. Constantly staying up to date in training, whether it is on the cars or in the business. Jerry is focused on giving the best service experience for you and your car.
Anita Pasman

Anita has been in Red Deer since 1982. She has worked in the banking industry for 6 years before taking time off to raise their two boys. Anita has supported Jerry through all his dreams, goals and ambitions. So when Jerry said in October would you like to own an automotive shop and by January they owned it, it only seem right that Anita would work by his side on a daily basis. Now with Mike at front of house, this will hopefully give Anita more time to enjoy her grandkids more and do some golfing!
Mike Pasman

Mike started his automotive career as a grade 10 student in the Registered Apprenticeship Program(RAPP). When he finished high school he went to school for his 4 years of apprenticeship training while continuing to develop and learn on the job. He completed his apprenticeship in 2010 and has learned to become a confident and great technician. Mike is now at the front of the house as a service advisor, creating quotes, selling repairs and creating great customer relations!
Kelly Jensen

Kelly has been employed at AEMW for over 15 years and is one of Red Deer’s finest Diagnostic Technicians. Kelly has been involved in the trade for 25years and obtained his Journeyman License in 1993. Staying at the forefront of the industry is where Kelly thrives. He specializes in BMW repair but has no issue tackling anything, or any job put in front of him.
Thomas Gschwind

Ever since Thomas Gschwind was a young boy he loved working with his dad while they fixed different vehicles. His father was a Master technician in an Opel dealership, with Thomas following closely in his footstep, becoming a certified Master technician in his own right in 2003. Before this Thomas worked in a BMW dealership in 1988 as well as an independent shop specializing in BMWs before serving in the military. Upon moving to Canada in 2009, Thomas worked in a GM dealership as well as a Ford Dealership, while staying active in motorsports and street legal modifications. He is now currently living with his wife and 2 dogs in Blackfalds, AB. Thomas is beyond excited to be working at Alberta European Motorworks and working with all models of European vehicles.
