The people at the front are extremely rude Kayla and Josh. I have spent about 300 $ for a oil change for my BMW at this place. After service when I was asking Kayla questions about the prices on the receipt, she was mocking me and she was being arrogant. Apparently I was annoying her because I asking her questions. Kayla and Josh were very rude about it.
Ozy, although we normally appreciate feed back when we haven’t met our customers expectations this situation has us feeling slightly different. We do apologize for not meeting your needs and we hope you can find a shop that will work with you in the future.
