Doug and the whole crew finished the work very quickly once the dealer I bought my GLA250 4matic appproved the warranty repairs. I couldn’t be happier with the service at Alberta European Motorworks. In my opinion the best shop in central Alberta if not all of Alberta to bring your Mercedes to get serviced. This is my first time using their shop and I’m blown away by the honesty and straight forward approach to customers. I will definitely be back for regular service. Great job everyone!!

I brought my BMW to them with some rough running and no starting issues as well as a couple more issues . This was my first time using these guys and I must say I was pleasantly surprised at how good they were and reasonable on the cost . My problem was a bit tough to reconstruct but even with that they were really good explaining everything and cost was very reasonable. I will be using them again without a doubt and would recommend them to anyone needing work on their BMW . Thanks guys as it’s very Rare these days to get good service but you have raised the bar on automotive service in my opinion. Doug even checked in to make sure everything was to my satisfaction which was a nice touch .

It's so nice to have knowledgable mechanics work on our BMW. Driving to Edmonton or Calgary for service is a royal pain!

We used Alberta European motor works to flush our transmission in an Audi Q7 and put new transmission fluid. We found they over charged for services we didn’t agree to and we still had issues with it. Took it to another shop and they said that not enough transmission fluid was added from the initial flush/fluid replacement. We will not be taking our car back here.

Took in my Mercedes for a quick engine service. They were very quick and efficient. Doug was very clever and nice to talk to.

Had a minor problem that i could not figure out, they solved it 5 minutes and let me go with out ringing... great business... will be coming back as a paid customer

The bill for service was $100 less than estimated; addressed all but one issue and they are still working with Mercedes Benz for advice. I appreciated that the business had a Mercedes Benz scanner.

This is my sixth import vehicle and as always, I trust the superior work to European Motorworks.

On our trip from BC to Toronto our Audi Q3 started to misfire, and two other garages told us that it was probably due to bad gasoline and to add octane booster, but Alberta European Motorworks’ mechanic found that it was due to a disconnected breather, and was able to fix it quickly and save us a lot of trouble.
