Shiloh is of no relation and must just have a busted a** vehicle. I have been to this shop many times in the past, first with a BMW 540ia and most recently our Mercedes GL 350 Diesel. Service has always been good, staff has always been friendly and taking our vehicle here just makes sense. The rates for the same services through Mercedes is noticeably less at AEM and you don't have to drive north or south to get it done saving more time and money. I could go on and on about how downtown Mercedes Calgary pissed me off on all three times I've dealt with them. As For AEM Red Deer I can't say anything bad as they've always treated me with respect and never tried to up sale me. Highly reccomend!

On more than one occasion we have brought a vehicle into this shop for work, and the list of desperately needed repairs is always long. The last time our car had been to our original dealer less than a month before. I don't trust this shop at all and wouldn't let them near another one of my vehicles.

Great staff over there. Always willing to help and give advice. Defiantly best service report I have ever received about any of my cars anywhere! Will never think about going anywhere else !!!
