Very professional group, easy to work with. My only constructive feedback would be to add detail to the invoice. I'm accustomed to a shop that really breaks down the job as for the specific components removed and replaced etc. Not just "components removed and replaced as necessary".

I have been bringing my wife’s BMW X5 in for repairs and service for the past 2 years. Jerry the owner is excellent to deal with and Kyla is always so pleasant and helpful. I definitely recommend them 👍

The staff are fantastic Right from reception to the mechanics doing the work. I am very happy with the quality of service and knowledge. Very welcoming and reasonable pricing

Called on 2 different occasions talked to 2 different people who took my info and what I needed done. They said they would get right back to me. I did not receive a call back with a quote. They seem too busy, and when driving by, it looks like they have bit off more then they can chew with the amount of vehicles in the parking lot. There are other options in red deer for European auto repair. Call around, get quotes from all of them. Hopefully someone gets back to you.

I used to take my vehicle back to the dealership for I used to believe, “who else would know how to fix any issue” however my last experience showed me the type of service/quality personnel who damaged my vehicle and tried to hide it. I was complaining to my daughter who told me her boss trusts this business. I had nothing to lose so I gave them a call. The service/quality personnel and there attitude to customers is far above from other businesses. Right from my first interaction when dropping off the car for the first time, you are treated with genuine respect and the staff are friendly , knowledgeable and competent. You have nothing to lose trying Alberta European Motors and everything to gain.
