Could not have asked for better service for my BMW. The service was fast and they got me on the road within days. I never thought that anyone would be able to fix a car that I acquired from a friend and had been sitting for almost 2 years. They preformed an inspection and sent me a detailed report with pictures and estimate. It was easy to make an educated decision of what I needed to have fixed and why. I highly recommend Jerry and his team for any service or repairs of your import vehicle. Thanks for all you help.

To put it simply; these guys are great! They are professional, technically knowledgeable, quick and fairly priced. It was time for the spring oil change on my Mercedes so I booked the appointment on line with an immediate confirmation. My schedule then changed so I called to change it to the next day. No problem, they were very accommodating and made room for me. I left the car for the day expecting a 4:30 to 5:00 completion. It was ready at 3:00 and their courtesy shuttle arrived within 10 minutes of calling. When I picked up my car they reviewed what had been done, identified the problem source of a few noise concerns and created a thorough list of recommended maintenance and repairs complete with pricing and pictures which were reviewed with me. That was a Thursday. On the way home I realized they had also partially detailed the interior at no charge. Wow. Monday I called them back to make another appointment to get some of the recommended maintenance done. They were fully booked for the week but I really wanted to get some of the recommended work done before a trip to Vancouver on the coming weekend. He asked if he could call me back and did 5 minutes later. After re-arranging a few things and making sure parts were available they managed to give me a time slot on Wednesday! Wow, again! In short, customer service is alive and well at Alberta European Motor Works. They definitely have this valued customers' future business.
