Had them fill the transmission fluid in my car and they did a good job on that. BUT they tried to tell me a bunch of stuff also needed work. Such as needing a new timing belt(was slipping/worn according to them), new spark plugs. For context I just finished a engine swap in my car. It’s no where near perfect and needs a fair bit more work but I know for a fact I doesn’t need a new timing belt or spark plugs cause I replaced those myself when I put the motor in. I get shops like this make their money on repairs but if their not honest about it it’s just shady business If you know your way around your own car I’m sure they are a decent shop but if you not mechanically inclined I’d definitely get a 2nd or maybe 3rd opinion on the work they recommended
Austin, thanks for the review. Glad we got the transmission topped up before it before it became undrivable. As far as the comments you make in this review. You came into our shop and one of the first things you said to us was “sure hope you not going to keep my vehicle because it needs a lot of work.” Which turned out to be quite true. Our job is to keep our customers safe in the vehicle they drive which is why we disclose as much needed information to our customers. Let us know if we can help you with anything else in the future.
