Expensive, rude, unhelpful and unwilling to answer questions. Didnt give estamite, when I had my x3 towed there after telling them it was a starter issue or battery they didnt even hook it up to reprogram the battery first off, nor did they actually test the starter- just the easy power supply fuse in the glove box - which I had ALREADY taken apart and done myself as well as tested the transponders to make sure they keys were good. They didn't even put the screws back into the dash, got it back with flat tires and dirtier then all hell. Couldn't of even put the truck top back on over the battery for me. Not only did I pay 275 for them telling me exactly what I already knew they left it worse off and still not running cause wanted 1400 to do a starter
