Excellent customer service.

The staff at Alberta European Motorworks were both professional and friendly. If there were a social services for cars, mine would have been apprehended for neglect. Not once did anyone at this business make any comment about my bad parenting. This was truly appreciated. Communication was a bit of an issue. This was in part due to the fact that I do shift work and that AEM's first email didn't get to me. My car was with them for an extended period. Weekly updates would have made me feel more in the loop.when I saw the invoice and how much work was done, bucking up wasn't as painful as I thought it would be. I was considering selling this car to get something a little more practical. It's running so great now and looking so good my husband and I decided to keep it a little longer. It's fun to drive again! I also had him cleaned up. I'm treating him like new. You know, parking him where he won't get hurt or where I can keep an eye on him. Yep my car's a boy. Don't worry AEM I'll keep maintenance up to date from here on in.

I am a regular customer and have not been disappointed with the service i have gotten on my two BMW's . Easy appointment , work done when they said it would be done , no BS , no sugar coating to get you in the door . I recommend .
