very good service, right on time and done right.

My Mercedes GLK 250 had a problem with the console door being jammed. Had I gone to Calgary MB it would have taken the better part of the day a much larger bill.

Our car was stolen, and when it was found it needed some care. You can understand that we were not in a super positive circumstance when we went to Alberta European Motorworks. They were very helpful, and the repairs came in at a pinch under what they had quoted, so that was certainly helpful also. The e-mail link they sent us for the inspection, with pictures outlining the problems was very beneficial. Of course we would have preferred not to have our car stolen, but at least this group took some of the edge off of the situation. I would recommend them in a heart beat. We actually ended up there, after my brother who owns Cooter`s Transportation Systems told me he had towed a vehicle into there to be repaired, and they seemed like a super group.

Fast service and telling me in detail what is needed to get my car up to par

Poor communication when work was going to be delayed, work was finished on the car, but got delayed by a week because they blocked it off in the shop with other work. Shop rate is very expensive. Edit: Shop owner followed up by email after posting this review. It was decided on to bump the review to 3 stars due to a the followup and a miscommunication on my part. Overall, 3 stars seems like a justified amount for the experience with this shop.

I showed up on a Thurs morning before the long weekend broken down on my way to Kelowna. The team here went above and beyond to diagnosis the problem scrambled up parts and had me going again in time!! Thanks guys again !
